Introduction

August Games is a developer of family and hobby board games.  Our philosophy is to design games that will help expand the gaming hobby by introducing new players. 

Currently we are not self manufacturing, however many of our board games on this web site are free (self assembly).  This may change in the future with the addition of an on-line store but no final decision has been made.

We are frequently looking for play-testers.  We do not offer pay, but if you make a valuable contribution your name will appear in the credits for the game.

News and Events

Order Up has been picked up by Z-Man Games and will be published in 2009.  The exact release date and retail price is yet to be determined.

Bucephalus Games will be publishing King of the Hill.  The exact release date has yet to be determined.  We will keep you posted with updates.

We are in the process of currently updating the web site.  The game projects will be cleaned up and added throughout the rest of 2009.  If you have any questions or want something right away please send an email to dan(at)augustgames.com.

Road-Kill Rally (light version) and Global Ascendancy will be available to play-test groups in the summer.

Dan will be running the Road-Kill Rally miniatures game and War of Sail at Kublacon on Saturday May 23rd.  Exact times have not posted.
